Taking my 3D portrait work Life Sized (Billboard Sized even!)

I'm a portrait artist that has been experimenting with capturing people in the nude in the dark with 3D scanner and iPad. The experience itself and the results are wow, however, I'm doing an in-the-moment hack that is limiting how large I can go with making fine art digital prints.
The in the moment hack is taking a screenshot of what I capture from the scanner on my iPad that I later edit in photoshop.
I use this in the moment hack because it allows for me to collaborate with a portrait subject to make a composition together of their 3D file and then save a photo image version of it that can be printed, texted to them right after the session, etc. We can do it in the dark, while they are nude and having fun immediately in the moment of the session, within seconds and not judging but responding to seeing their body as abstract volume and in all that 360 offers for options. It is such a wow experience for them I hesitate to change the process of the capture session. So I need to get creative with how to recreate these collaborative low resolution compositions at a quality that is fine art and that is 'life-sized' or larger (billboard or installation size!).
Essentially I need an artist that can open an .obj file in whatever software you are most expert in, and recreate my original 2D portraits at higher resolution, and following the aesthetic of the mesh view that is the default in my scanner app (which I've become very fond of and is what my commission clients are used to seeing during our sessions together). I'm attaching some images to give you a feel.
The deliverable would be a high resolution TIFF or JPEG file that is close to the lower resolution portrait I've provided, and the updated obj file.
For quoting purposes, let's focus on the original piece titled 'DreamingIntoResolution'.
Ideally I find an artist that is a good match and can hire for this work ongoing.
