Create a linked google sheet to merge rows from my master google sheet

Looking for someone to create a linked google sheet (pivot table?) from my master google sheet and merge certain columns.
The linked sheet should combine the Yes values in columns T-AC for rows that match each other in columns A-F. Columns H-S will be deleted/ignored in the combined sheet.
In column T, rows that have mised "Yes" or "No" values will be listed as "Mixed" in the merged sheet.
The merged sheet can be automatically updated when I change the master or I can manually run a script each time I change the master.
Ultimately I must be able to publish merged Google Sheet.
