automated bet placement

I need a program that can read the information contained in specific emails, the emails contain details of bets with various online bookmakers. It needs to check the email information with the bookmakers site, the bet selection and the odds, if correct it would calculate the stakes (using my calculations) and place the bets. Speed of stake calculation and bet placement are key. If possible it would need to read 3 formats of email and place bets with upto 35 different online bookmakers.
