Fix the issue with the code on twitter app

part of the image on our page with twitter integration everything of it, work fine but part of the ( profile image ) from API code showing for us in our page the error below.

First time ran my PHP code i got the " profile image " on my php page, but sometimes get the following error:

Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'String could not be parsed as XML

Warning: file_get_contents([login to view URL]

Fix the issue with the code regarding above part of API with twitter application the main task is part of integration and make some configuration to shown shorten link to appear to user we have a shorten link site on live this task handle part of twitter and our site. Modify some HTML page to be sync.

Note: everything done side of PHP, database and API exception above point, and shortening link script witch is mean only need it to solve and integrate it
