Dating site

I am creating a small dating site. The site will have 3 types of functionality. 1. Stories and member uploaded stories (mambo does this already) 2. Dating Site (I own a decent dating script) 3. Blog (currently have easymoblog installed) This site will evolve over time-I am on a limited budget so I need someone affordable or at least someone who is willing to do work on an hourly basis. That way we can do things on a task based/hourly basis. I am fairly comfortable with Mambo Open Source and would like to use that as my base portal-however I am open to other suggestions. My immediate goal is to integrate the Dating script into mambo. Ideally, this means pulling data from the dating scripts db and displaying the content as a mambo module. I am open to other methods of accomplishing this but this seems to be the most practical. Currently, I am "loading" the dating site as a mambo wrapper. This has limitations and I would like a more truly integrated solution. Some content e.g. the blog and stories in Mambo will be restricted to members only. The dating script allows for a trial period for registered users. I would like the user permissions in the dating script to be passes onto Mambo. The dating script also needs some modifications. So you must be familiar with php/xml/pml files. There will be more advanced development in the future but this is fine for now. This will be an ongoing project and I would really like to establish a good working relationship with someone. Thanks Marc I have been screwed here before and it won't happen again.
