Need someone to develop a small content management application for websites. this application will allow an average user to update the text content on their website without knowing anything about web design. The programming would be able to work with any section of text, on any designed website.. ideally for example, by going to like [login to view URL] the user would be able to see all the text content on the site, and update accordingly. This would need to be easy to implement for the designer of the site, on any website, and especially easy for the average user that wants to modify the website content. Do NOT give me an hourly rate - give me a project rate. Use PMB for messages. Lowest bidder wins. May not use ASP.
