69066 SafeList Script Modification

Hi, I have a safelist script that is installed on my server and I need a modification done to it. Right now members can either sign-up free or sign-up at a pro level. What they cannot do is upgrade to a pro account from a free account. This is the modification I need. I need for free members to be able to upgrade their account to pro accounts. No need to modify existing templates just a link will do. Free members can only email once a week and pro members can email once a day so I will need the script to acutally recognize the upgrade and the paid account status and change their free account to a pro account status then send the member an email thanking them for upgrading to a pro account and confirming that their account has been upgraded.
