Identify how your chosen event organisation uses training and development. Explain which types of training & development methods are used within your chosen event and then analyse the effectiveness and limitations of those training and development methods used that you have discussed. You must provide appropriate recommendations to the CEO of your chosen event organisation as to how those training & development practices could be improved, and state howyour chosenevent organisation could benefit through considering alternative methods of training & development. Coursework Guidance Your report should be based upon detailed research of your chosen major event, chosen from the eventslisted above. You must reference where your sources of information came from, e.g. the company’s website, staff handbook etc. Furthermore, your arguments may be supported with examples from other major events, using academic quotes, models and any other relevant information. Students should produce a 1500 word report from an HR perspective that includes the following: Part 1: Cover Page, Contents page, Introduction, The 2HR methods as illustrated above – Training & Development,Recruitment & Selection, Conclusion & appropriate recommendations.
