Quickbook POS and Quickbooks Integration problem

Hello, Your 2013 accounting software is very outdated. I would upgrade to QBO - integrate any type of app that might be useful and do away with the outdated software. When you deposit money - just deposit - don't do anything else. Then inside of Quickbooks - you create an invoice and received payment for it (Or you can create a sales receipt (a 1 step receipt - like you get when you go to 711). Then the system will match the deposit - with the sales receipt deposit - and your income will get properly recorded. Credit - is if you are using accrual basis accounting. You bill - meaning you send out invoices - your customers pay - perhaps it doesn't get applied to any invoice - on your side of things. Then they have a credit and you have an open invoice (Accounts receivable) on your books. There are 2 ways to do things - short way (Cash basis) or long way (Accrual basis). It depends on your type of business. But you have to be consistent in the ways you do things. Not a combination of the 2. Or your books will get really jacked up - in a bad way :)

hi, i just read you posting and this is a very simple and quick operation, it sounds like your going to need to continously do this, although with my help i could set up your account to where you shouldnt need to focus on this again(depending on a ew variables). anyway id love to help you fix this issue and im also offering a half price discount during tax season.
