Hello Dear, I have a good experience in developing Machine Learning based models and AI based decision making models. As you menioned this is a tile matching game, I will create a set of all combinations of winning chances of a user, then we can easily create a AI based decision making model which can vary upto 3 or 5 levels so that the player can have a 70% winning chance at first level, 50% on next, 30% on level 3, 20% on level 4 and 10% on level 1 (winning percentages can be varied as per requirements). For this, I will need to look at the existing process of your game to understand the game better and create rich AI based decisions.
