Magento 1.5 Templating from Screendesign

We have a Screendesign as Photoshop and want to use it on a Magento System. We need the following Layout-elements: - Landing-Page - 1-column - 2-column-left - 2-column-right - 3-column Input will be a two photoshop files and a description of all necessary content elements. Attached is a jpg of the landing-page. The category page should be the draft for the other layouts. We need as well a javascript menu and a javascript(jquery) effect for login. (I will give an example). Please post some references. It is important to get a quality template and no static or hard-coded template. PS: There will be a seperate follow-up job. Update
