Hi, I am a Computational Biologist. I have a strong background in machine learning and statistics using R, Python and Java. I will write only code and give you results with proper explanation. You have to write project report yourself. As I see you want to implement two algorithms and compare their result and write about their pro and cons using Weka. Right ? Do you want to use Python or Java? Is it necessary to use Weka? Because I didn't see, that it is mandatory in your project file. Happy to help you with you work of implementation of algorithms.
