AWS infrastructure Tuning -- 2

I need help with my AWS infrastructure, I need to solve some specific problems in the short term, but I am looking for long term support. I need someone in my time zone (UTC-4) or close to it. Please reject me" Here the things I need to do: 1) Create a temporary user in production server for developers: a) It is a Linux Machine b) It will be a password-based login c) Temporary accounts can be turned ON or OFF by admin whenever required d) Install PHPMyAdmin e) Install CPanel/WHM or similar f) Install FTP server Provide Estimated Time in hrs and cost: 2) Provide backup facility of Softwares and DBs on AWS a) EBS volumes need to be snapshotted timely and stored on S3 for backup. Later those backups will be archived to Glacier b) Prepare a manual to show how to do a partial or a full restoration Provide Estimated Time in hrs and cost: 3) Provide backup facility to Files stored on local servers a) Veeam Backup will be used to backup files on S3. Unused backups will be archived to Glacier as needed. b) Prepare scripts to upload files to backup when Veeam Backup can’t be used c) Prepare a manual to show how to do a partial or a full restoration Provide Estimated Time in hrs and cost: 4) Checking health of Load Balancer of Production server a) Test load balancer is working fine or not. b) Test load balancer over and underutilization by supplying dummy load on it. c) Prepare a manual to show how to work with load balancer Provide Estimated Time in hrs and cost: 5) Fine-tuning Infrastructure a) Need to check the overall framework of AWS architecture. b) Audit Security and Logs. c) Make corrections if any d) Prevent under and overutilization of Cloud resources. e) Prepare a manual to show how to change the passwords on available resources. Provide Estimated Time in hrs and cost: 6) Verify the proper configuration of turning on and off of server in my time zone a) Fine-tuning settings and Infrastructure b) Need to check the overall of this process c) Audit Logs. d) Make corrections if any e) Prevent turning off of serves in working hours in my time zone.
