AWS Rekognition solution for video demographics analyisis

I need somebody to help me setup on AWS the following flow, can you let me know how much would you charge and how much time it would take you?:
Everything should start when I upload a video to an S3 (around 1 hour long MP4),
I'm planning to do it manually, however a trigger should activate the Lamda to start this flow:
1) a Lambda sends the video to analyze by AWS Rekognition service
2) AWS Rekognition should get the following data from the video
2.1) People count
2.2) How many people on the video are identified as masculine / femenine
2.3) How many people on the video are in each age range
3) Insert the name of the file and the data to a AWS Dyanmo DB
4) Present simple demographic reports break by date using AWS QuickSight
