We need an application that
1) allows the user to watch DTV and change channels; the type (DVB-S, DVB-T, DVB-C, DVB-H) is specified in the settings
2) requests from the server the schedule of advertising
3) downloads media files of the commercials, specified in the schedule, to the local folder, if they have not already been downloaded
4) reproduces the downloaded files according to the specified schedule
5) after the playback of commercials, the user is again shown the DTV on watched channel.
