We require a skilled, patient, attentive Android Developer to create EXACTLY as our screens and hyperlinks supporting text based menus, tick boxes, slide out /up/down windows & hamburger menus as well as create infrastructure for graphs and summary screens based on our designs.
We DO NOT need Android Developer to CREATE screens, but to FOLLOW our screen layouts & build re-usable wire-frames and hyperlinks for API linking as our Developer instructs.
Developer should be capable to link APIs as 2nd stage if we require or comment and code efficiently allowing our developers to guide &/or finish it.
If you also have skills to code logic that will be seen as bonus for later stages.
Prefer individual Developers who have time, focus and passion not companies who have skills needed NOT companies

Let me explain & why.....Gene Carlo accepted to do 2 UX Page examples to prove he could create UX pages and asked for a few days as he was finishing at Uni. He then disappeared after he said said in messages he had examples ready.
2 plus weeks later he left a message in Freelancer that he got a government t job/project and can't assist - sorry.
Congratulations Gene Carlo D. & thank you, as we would NEVER hire you as you lack discipline or commitment so to show these qualities early, one can only pity your future employer.
