Android simple program to fetch/post URLs

The goal ofis this project is to create a simple ANDROID application (not signed) The layout (sample) is provided. But your are free to change it. 1) the application connects to input URL 2) it reads the content of the url (it is 1 line plain text varchar 255 chars) 3) it sends the content to this url (POST or GET) to output url 4) It loops that X times (X is an numberPikcer or inputText that can be changed) 5) it disconnects DATA and reconnects mobile DATA: ex: [login to view URL] Remarks: - if dataconnection is down or any nerwork problem is found, it should never hangs out, but keep on trying. -it should work in background (especially if android goes to sleep) - some logs may be added in a simple textArea The goal of disconnecting / reconnecting mobile data is to change IP address. - It should work on any "modern" android (S3-S4-S5...) - Source code should be provided - A simple guide should be provided so I can recompile/change it on my Android Studio
