Build a Card Game App

I am a previous user of Freelancer but as a filmmaker. This is more of a hobby but I perceive there is a niche for this card game. Unfortunately there is no company behind me, just an idea and a micro budget. I'm merely a hobbyist. Basic card games starting with Gin Rumny then Texas Holden Poker and Blackjack. I understand there are template card game tools available for this. The app will allow only invited players to the table. Thus you play with friends. A feature difference will be there will be no timer forcing players to make decisions within time constraints. Another will be that players will be live on screen so the banter (fun chat) can be apparent during the game. So their image will be on screen, but will leave the majority of the screen for the cards. Say max 33% for the live faces if 6 players on screen or 25% if 4 or fewer players.
