As per my understanding web, iOS and Android app is to be developed with licensing features. The app will be used for the family budget and cash flow management. Thee will be user registration ,login, expense management, income management on daily and monthly basis, reports. Questions: - Will there be fixed heads of expenses or every user will be able to define his own? - How many different payment plans will be there for the users to get and use the app? - Web and mobile apps will have the same set of functionalities? No doubt, there are many bids within your budget range, as every bidder want to get this project, because on Freelancer website, whatever budget you will select to post the project, most of the bids will be within that budget range, no matter what actual working hours or cost needed to develop.
