Long-Term, Part-Time Android (Java) Developer

Greetings, We at Analight Technology are in search of an Android/Java Developer to work on several potential projects. Please see the assignment and qualification details below. Next, please place a bid between $50-$150 for what you would charge to complete the assignment below. Skills and qualifications: -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a firm requirement. The developer will have occasional Skype discussions with other members of the team to discuss various aspects of the project. -All code is collaborated through Bitbucket (like github) using git. The developer must have a proficient understanding of git and the ability to checkout branches, commit work, push and pull updates from remotes, merge branches, and resolve merge conflicts. -Strong familiarity with design patterns (e.g. Singleton, Object Pool, Factory Method, Adapter, Iterator, Observer, Read-Write Lock, etc.) This is an essential qualification and a firm requirement for all developers. -Strong familiarity with MVC and other architectural patterns that foster separation of concerns. This is an essential qualification and a firm requirement for all developers. The Assignment: -Create setup and login activities. The setup activity should capture email address and password. Password should be saved in md5 format. Both should be saved to shared preferences. The login activity should be shown each time the application is launched and the password should be validated against the md5 stored in shared preferences. -After the user logs in display a list of all apps installed on the device. Include a button at the bottom that says "Send via Email". When the user clicks the button, the list of apps should be saved as a JSON array in a text file called [login to view URL] and attached to a new email message. At that point the user should be able to select a contact from their address book and send the file. -*Please use a separate class file to retrieve the list of apps. The class should be called AppAnalyzer. The same class should be used to create a JSON array and to save the array to a file.
