Video animation for describe a service.....

I need to create a presentation video of about 30seconds (max). This video will be "epipheostudios" like style, I attach example of what I need. This is my service: using mobile device, each user can know location nearest .... and events, events can be placed in the locations or in other places nearest the user this allow to have detailed information about locations (tel, fax, mail address, internet address, description of location, place in maps, opened days...) and of the event (date, event type, place on maps..) and allow to meet other people I need a video with people and object "hand-drawn style" (like in attached videos)... without spoken audio but only a backgroud sound ... and with text word. We'll 2 version of video: with ITA word anche with ENG word Each worker have to send me an idea of what to do for describe the service (using and easy and cool way) and I'll choose the best one. Each worker have to tell me the software that will be used for create project (video and images used in video) and he'll send me source code when work will be closed (PSD, source code video files... ant other...).
