Our software is available in 7 languages. We have about 20 customers in Holland and need a local (holland, belgium) representive.
Your tasks: answer customer questions (cant answer -> escalate to one of us), keep customers happy, correspond to them on facebook/email/support tickets/phone/skype, make sure the translation of the software is ok (and update if it isnt).
Our software/service will be changed to be as a freemium model (so there is a free version) in a few days, this hopefully means we will get a lot of customers in this area quickly.
The customers might be interested in on site installations etc, if this is something you can do you can arrange this with them.
You need to be dutch native language and living in holland or belgium (or close by like germany close to holland).
The nearest future will be more work in terms of hours (ie check translation, send out letter to existing customers, check the help videos etc - but this can be done any time of the day/week), then a bit slower (4-8 hours per week regular weekdays).
Your ideal background is that you are a social person with a bit of everything knowledge with computers - everything from setting up a network, installing programs, a bit of mysql, a bit of programming. You can easily combine with studies, being self employed etc.
The work that you can do at customers locations (installation of hardware, on site stuff) is something we have a higher pricetag for (per hour) and you will get a higher salary on these hours compared to just the "normal tasks". - lets discuss this in private chat/pm.
