OUR VALUES (what is non-negotiable) Responsibility, simplicity, development, enthusiasm, impact and fun THE ROLE: Playing an integral role in furthering our expansion and growth into the SME sector, this is an opportunity that seldom comes along, offering a solid partnership and commission structure of up to 20% of everything you sell. We are looking for a Gun Sales Professional who shares our passion. Working directly with me, you will use traditional, contemporary and direct marketing & sales techniques with the majority of your time being telephone and video conference-based. Full time or Part-time position is on offer for the right individual. Please note that the successful applicant will be joining a "learning organisation" which means ongoing learning and development is expected including some personal development seminars to ensure he/she truly understands and has firsthand experience in the amazing transformations we deliver for our customers. THE IDEAL APPLICANT: Ideally, you will have previous experience in sales and business development and have experience in establishing & maintaining key relationships. You will be an effective communicator and able to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment. Your strong sales & relation-building skills will see you succeed in following up on our International base of prospects and brand client relationships and internal relationships to enhance workflows and business opportunities. If you are not able to strike up a meaningful conversation easily and shy away from generating results through direct social interaction (telephone & webinar) then this position is just not for you. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable and an expert level of verbal English speaking (clear speaking voice) attributes also non-negotiable.
