My name is Alaa. I am a full time communication engineer for 12 years now; I work in the national phone company in my country (Which is a 150 years old company). I am used to work on MS Word, Power Point, and Excel, whether it is data entry, organizing data, filtering and comparing data, or doing all kind of math equations, when reporting my work and gathering data for my managers. I also deal with customer questions/complain of our services. My native language is Arabic, and I have advanced English language skills. My International TOEFL score which I made in November 2016 is: 100 out of 120. I took a vacation from my job starting from this month: April 2017, so I am available all the time to do your work. I am a multitask-er, and an advanced user of Internet. I am very good in searching the web for gathering information, and I have Excellent communication skills. I am a team leader at my work. As an engineer, I am very accurate, and I am used to work under pressure, so I can finish your work in the time frame you need. I am also an intelligent person who can understand your needs fast, I am a fast learner, and I am very flexible in doing the work that is given to me.
