Legal Murder

This is a human interest story of injustice:-

On 3/8/2005 my then 27 year old son was assaulted, I believe a murder staged as a suicide, at 3 Ozone Street, Cronulla and died later that evening in Sutherland Hospital. NSW Police immediately determined that Adam Cecil committed suicide by jumping from the roof of the Cronulla building with the intention of taking his own life. Whilst I notified Senior Constable Massey via telephone on 5/8/2005 that Adam Cecil definitely did not commit suicide, nor did he ever get onto the roof, my concerns simply fell on deaf ears.

A Coronial Inquest was set down for 10-14 September 2007 and 20-22 November 2007 under the carriage of Deputy State Coroner Paul MacMahon who handed down his findings on 1/2/2008 “Adam Cecil died on 3 August 2005 at Sutherland Hospital. His death was the result of multiple injuries sustained when he jumped from the roof of 3 Ozone Street, Cronulla with the intention of taking his own life”.

With new evidence filed in the Supreme Court, a hearing was set down for 25 October 2011 & 26 October 2011 under the carriage of Judge J. Hidden who handed down his findings on 4 October 2012 “Findings of coroner quashed, new inquest ordered”.

The second Coronial Inquest was set down for 26 and 29 July 2013 under the carriage of Deputy State Coroner H.C.B Dillon who handed down his findings on 29/8/2013 “I find that Adam Cecil died on 3 August 2005 at the Sutherland Hospital, Miranda, New South Wales as a result of multiple injuries suffered due to a fall from height. I am unable to determine how that fall came about”.

For over some 14 years now I have been traumatised by the irregularities throughout the NSW Judicial System so hence the reason I was recently excused from jury duty on medical grounds, and I quote Mrs Lynette Cecil (04/04/1947) will be unfit for jury duty indefinitely because she has been traumatised by dealing with the death of her son over a prolonged period of time. At an impromptu meeting with the Hon. Scott Morrison MP, former Treasurer I was given the opportunity to express my concerns of the irregularities surrounding Adam Cecil’s death. Subsequent to that meeting, I was invited to forward documentation supporting my accusations. This I did on 26 July, 2017 whilst attending the Hon. Scott Morrison’s Cronulla office and handing over a white binder which included my document ADAM CECIL Glebe Ref. 1263/05 – Judicial Irregularities along with supporting documentation.

The Hon. Scott Morrison MP then made representation to the Attorney General Mark Speakman SC MP on my behalf. With reference to an undated letter that I received from the Hon. Mark Speakman via the Hon. Scott Morrison MP, I followed his recommendation and lodged a complaint with the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) which appears to have fallen on deaf ears without a reply.

I have a full pristine copy of the Brief of Evidence which includes the Autopsy Photos, Transcripts and exhibits of which unidentified DNA has been detected on Adam Cecil’s work jacket that he was wearing on 3 August 2005.
