My previous web designers/developers have done a number on my company and we need your redesign help ASAP. Basically a 1 month project turned into a 6 month nightmare for our company. All the coding is set and ready to go, there's just a few things that need to be changed: The major change is to find out where in the current coding my previous website developers gave themselves web login capability, above my own. Long story short, they logged in and erased all our scheduled football camps, erased all our newsletters, erased all our coaches, and erased all our athletes in our database.
Once you login to [url removed, login to view] you can get a better idea of what next level sports is more about. But over all, this is what we need done:
1. First thing is first, find there login coding and change it.
2. Erase flash site and redesign HTML site - currently asp.net, needs to be PHP, linux based w/joomla (content management capability)
3. Need to keep current athlete database ability (coding is already setup)
4. Need to keep coaches login ability (coding is already setup); gives coaches ability to search for athletes based on certain criteria.
5. Admin login gives us access to: add/delete athletes, add/delete newsletters, add/delete coaches, and to add/delete camps.
Overall, we only need the html site redesigned (currently it's very boring). This site will only be used for coaches who have login access therefore majority of the links and other information can be erased (such as newsletter page, about us page, etc.). All the database coding is in place except for the current login problems and information deletion we've had due to our previous developers.
Due to the amount of money lost from camps being erased, registrations being erased, information lost and the cost of our website, our budget is small but considering everything is pretty well set hopefully a company has the ability to make this work. I will contact those who bid to discuss the project further.
