Coupon Affiliate Site Clone

I need a clone of a certain Coupon Affiliate site.. I will need to add coupons and online promo codes from various online companies with linking back to their website. This site needs to have a simple admin section which will also allow me to control meta keywords, descriptions, page title, and even the tail of the domain. Also a feature to add a new page and be able to add the proper information with little to no knowledge of HTML. Basically, I just need a clone of the site I like. PM for details on site to clone.
