Membership Script

We are building a membership subscription site for contents. I need a ASP.NET programmer to do the following: - Help in selecting and evluating a membership ASP script with gateway Payment or develop one, if the cost and feature make sense. - Help in selecting and evluating a ASP Hosting and select one. - Customizing the Membership script to work with the hosting location - Ability for user to have their member areas and ability to upload/download files. This would be something like podcasting service and if you have worked on this area, you can help me with requriement, etc. Thanks
