The site needs to list timeshare properties under 3 categories: buy, sell, and rent.
On the listings page customers should be able to search for timeshare listings by location, features, etc...
The site must have a admin management page for the listings which would include the ability to enter new properties, property information, upload photos for each property listing, etc.
The design should be clean and professional. Can look like [url removed, login to view] but with different color schemes.
Should be develop with ASP.NET 2.0
Delivery should be around 2-4 weeks from date project is awarded. (Main pages might have to be delivered within 2 weeks and the database can be delivered at a later date).
Although not established yet, database will be hosted on SQL2000 or SQL2005 servers.
