Website Fine Tuning and Lots More Work!

I have a current vendor who is not following my instructions and getting work done in a timely manner on this Website.

I need certain changes to be done so that there is consistency of layout on each page which I have detailed mocked up but he is taking too much time to get it done.

Please bid me how many people you have and how many pages you can change per day if there are only small changes like spelling and moving drop down lists etc. You will be provided the CSS.

Also post your per page charge for this. I DO NOT want a part-timer. I have lots of work and looking for a professional graphic artist team who are competent and fast. No Rookies!
