Google-like Page Cache'ing Script

I would like a script that would allow me to paste a URL into a field and (once the form is submitted) would grab the body HTML from the page, make all links/paths absolute... I do not want to download any files - just grab the HTML and store it in a MySQL table. I would also like for you to provide a script that will separate all images from the page and display a selectable list on a secondary page. BONUS: I will double the bid amount if you can provide a script to select an HTML page from the database and compare it to another page in the database. The result would display a marked-up version of the original page (removed text would be crossed out in red, added text would be highlighted in green). This is optional... will not affect at all your rating if you choose not to do this.
