ProductCart Customization Fix to View Cart Page -- 2

We have a website using ProductCart ecommerce Classic ASP platform. We previously hired a programmer to add some new features to the view cart page: 1. Add UK (domestic) delivery options. 2. Calcuated VAT and grand total. 3. Add a page to email the contents to yourself. A recent updated from v5.2.0 to v5.2.1 has added new features on the [login to view URL] page. It now allows the user to choose delivery destination and calculate shipping cost. However, no tax is show until later in the checkout process. 1. I would like to add tax to the summary on [login to view URL] page, if applicable. For example, if the user selects UK, it sutomatically checks is UK has tax. If so, it calculates tax and adds this to the total. If there's no tax then it can stay at zero. 2. As the previous modification already did (old file still works), click on an "Email Cart" button, which allows you to email that shopping cart contents to yourself. See examples: Add this item to cart. [login to view URL] Goto [login to view URL], select UK (Zone 1- Mainland) shipping: [login to view URL] As you can see, £7 sub-total + £7 shipping, total is £14. No tax info. I want tax info added. Goto old [login to view URL]: [login to view URL] This shows a functioning "Email Cart" button, to email the cart contents to yourself. I want this feature to exist in the new [login to view URL] page. Experience with ProductCart would be useful. Contact me if you have any questions.
