To facilitate the project in hiring telemarketers from overseas ,I need a quote for programming the Grandstream 6308 to accommodate the following features :
1. Enable the call centre feature to be able to make calls and have trainees listen and the ability to listen to trainees
2. Regular calling between extensions
3. Specific Extensions has limits to call only prescribed area codes such as 876 only
4. Daily call reports per extension
5. 10 extensions to be added
6. Fix current errors on wave application , when you ring #221 both land phone and wave rings at the same time
7. Instructions to create extensions in wave for emergencies.
8. Extensions need to be put customers on hold , so that agents can call other extensions and then transfer calls
9. welcome recording based on time of day with prompts for transferring to extensions
