I am available for two audio hours per day Monday through Friday, and five audio hours per day Saturday and Sunday. Please see my posted reviews for information about my ability to meet tight deadlines and the accuracy of my work. Bid is based on the above mentioned availability at $15 per audio hour.

Hi I would be very interested doing this project for you. I have my own company that provides secretarial services based in the UK. I have been trading for over 4 years. My native language is English. I work for a number of clients, covering a broad spectrum of industry, I have a solid PA, and administrative background gained working at Board Level in various companies. I have advanced knowledge of MS Office and I am used to working to deadlines. I realise you would like a provider who has experience in transcribing audio media I have extensive experience in this field over 20 years preparing documents such as tenders, sponsorship documentation, contracts, reports and interviews gained whilst working as PA to some of my current clients. These audio files were long in some instances, needed accuracy, and a very strong attention to detail. I am happy to complete a sample and sign a NDA if requested. For transcribing audio media files, I use Express Scribe with a foot pedal. My hourly rate per audio hour of tape is quoted as $51 or 0.85 cents per audio minute. I am very good at transcribing and provide a cost effective service. I can be contacted easily and never turn down work as I am in business and need to earn. Current WPM 85, but accuracy is key so with difficult audio files this may be less. I can turn around a 1 hour audio file in 24 hours easily. I have provided a bid based on 10 hours of audio. Thank you for allowing me to bid on this project. I feel that my experience in transcription will offer you the type of experience that is required to complete this project. I have extensive administrative and data processing skills with over 15 years of experience. I am a highly skilled transcriptionist transcribing one-on-one interviews, pod casts, teleconferences, seminars, board meetings, books, etc. and will provide an accurate and efficient service in a timely manner. I am dependable, professional, and communicate openly with my clients. My rate is typically $0.50 cents per audio minute/$30 an audio hour, depending on the clarity of audio with a turnaround of 24 hours for 60 – 120 minutes (depending upon what time the files are downloaded). My transcription ratio is 3:1, in other words 3 hours of typing for 1 hour of audio. I never use voice recognition software. Therefore I need the actual files not a link. I also proof my work which is included in the per audio min/hr bid. For this project my bid is $270.00 for 9 hours of audio.
