Audio/Video editor

I'm looking for someone who is proficient in audio and video editing and production to : - remove background noise in audio podcasts that i record on my iPhone when i'm commuting - add an intro and outro with fade in and fade out effects Do the same with my videos. Please make a bid for a 50 video editing project. I've attached an exemple of audio podcast that you can edit to show me what you can do. In the attached doc, i've suggest u a background song, but u can of course propose another that you find more suitable. If you dont speak french, just know that the topic discussed in the podcast is about entrepreneurship, so please suggest me the intro and outro songs accordingly. The job is : 1- reduce noise background noise in the prodived posdact and 2- add the music as intro (3-5 seconds) 3- fade in the actual podcast (when i start to speak) 4- fade out the podcast (when i finish to speak) 5- let the music runing for (3-5 seconds as outro) In the 50 podcasts i want you to produce, maximum 5 to 10 of them have as much background noise as the one i put in the test file. The rest of them are made when i'm driving around in my car, so there is no complicated bachground noise.
