Web Video Expert Needed For Tutorial

I am looking for a tutor to show me how to make high quality video presentations using: Camtasia (version 7.0), Powerpoint (2007), and Audacity.
I have a little experience making web videos using the programs above, but I always have the following problems:
1. Audio is poor
2. Black bars on the sides or top of the video
3. Video is either blurry or distorted (examples provided on request).
We can work together either via Skype, or IM. Proficiency in English is a requirement
