Build me a spokesperson video

Hi,
We need a recorded video of a person.
Script will be shared later separately with interested candidates.
No of words = 100-150 words.
Important instructions:
1. The recording should be conducted inside a room and the person should be in a sitting posture.
2. The background doesn’t need to be removed or replaced with a white or any other coloured screen, the room elements can remain so in the background.
3. The speech shouldn’t necessarily sound perfectly rehearsed. A few ah-um's, stammers, disfluencies are allowed. But the speech shouldn’t be read directly from paper or any other electronic device.
4. There should be only one person in the video frame.
5. Person should be dressed in business casual or business formals.
6. The distance of the person from the laptop camera should be approx. 2-3 feet. Face should be visible on the top portion of the video. Body should be visible up to close to the torso. Don't sit too close or too far. Please find below a detailed image also.
7. The face of the person should be well lit.
8. There should be no background noise.
9. The video should be recorded with resolution no less than 640*480
10. The person is free to move one’s hands or smile in between while recording the script.
11. Don’t wear dark or coloured glasses.
12. Script will be shared individually.
13. Person’s voice energy required while recoding the video - Medium or High
14. Emotional tone of the audio should be one of the following - Expressive, Enthusiastic, Happy.
15. Delivery should be conversational or ad-lib (impromptu) and not monotonous and flat.
16. Age of the user should be between 20 and 35 years.
17. Available time for delivery = 2-3 days
18. The video can be shared in only one of the following formats - .mp4, .mov, .mkv.
19. A separate consent letter and/or an agreement will be shared with the interested candidates granting us the permission to use the video for commercial purposes.
