I need a layout plan to be designed for a office space. Following is the requirement. Also I am sharing the AutoCAD file of the office property. For you to understand our drafting standard and quality I have attached a sample layout plan done for old project. 3) Reception area with 4 visitor seating 4) 3 seater visitor meeting room. Approx size - 8' x 8' 5) 75 to 80 workstations of size 4' x 5' and 'L' shape. 6) 20 seater meeting room (10 seat each side) 7) 2 Manager cabin of size 10' x 11' 8) 2 small meeting room (4 to 6 seater) ~ Based on space availability 9) 1 Outside interview room (next to reception, without door entry access) 10) Server room of size 5' x 7' 11) Pantry of size 10' x 15' 12) Breakout or game zone
