Conversion/creation of images to autocad DXF / DRG files

We have an ongoing and daily requirement to convert photographs of decorative glass into autocad files. 2 typical examples are attached and we need the basic outline (only) of these drawing in lines 9mm wide (major detail) and 6mm wide (minor detail).
Lead 1 full size is approx 450mm x 300mm
Lead 2 full size is approx 800mm x 1400mm
Typically we would require 24hr turnaround
