Pre-Designed Architectural Concept Plans

Ascend Medical is opening their first physical location. We are looking for an architect who can draft a few (up to three) concept plans for a 7000 sf office before we have a licensed local architect take over. Our budget is around $250. We would like to have this done by the end of the week (6/26), or early next week. A sketch plan (very rough, but directionally correct), .dwg file of the space, a Parkaire landing pdf of the space with more info, and two examples of office spaces labelled BellevueBuildingPlan (just as reference to the level that we are looking for- our space is a different shape with different rooms/needs) are attached. The space is a former Good Year Tire that we are looking to lease.
The space needs:
One (1) Reception Area (~20' x 20')
One (1) Waiting Area (~20' x 20')
Two (2) ADA restrooms 8'x8' middle of space
One (1) Lab/Prep Area (15'x 7') middle of space
One (1) Provider station area (15'x7') adjacent to prep area
nine (9) to eleven (11) consult rooms behind reception and surrounding the central restrooms, prep and nurse station)
One (1) storage room (15'x7') toward middle of space (med supply)
One (1) Break room (12'x15') back of space
Two (2) small conference rooms (9' x 10') can be toward the back of the space.
One (1) Admin room (13' x 20') toward back of space
One (1) utility room (7'x7') toward back of space
