Advertisement "boxes" for home page

Hello,

I would like to ad some advertisements to my page - if you go to [url removed, login to view] you will see 2 green boxes on either side with a football image - these were just taken off another site by my web worker to show me what it would look like - he does not design - and neither do I :) I need 5 "boxes" made with an image in each (which I will supply) and some text - that's it - I would prefer to be able to change these again next time myself if possible? or if you do not change alot I could get you to change them when they need to be. I can provide the sizes of the boxes needed, the image and the text for each - all boxes will be the same color and I will supply the HTML code.

I'd love to have a menu bar designed to match if possible - to replace the orange one on the page currently.
