A token will be offered for each $1 of bonds issued by the project. There will be [$20-30] million of token initially issued for the first transaction, out of a total of [$1 billion] for the program. The bond thus issued will be registered in Singapore and listed on the SGX exchange.
The SEED token is an ERC20 token distributed on the Ethereum blockchain through a mechanism of an ST20 Smart Contract. The total supply of SEED tokens is set to 100,000,000,000 (“One Hundred Billion”). Only a portion of the entire supply will be available through each distribution windows. Once the distribution of the full supply is completed, no additional tokens will ever be issued. We will set the price for a perceived or actual value of the SEED token at $1 each.
You will need to enter into the SEED token distribution process in order to participate in the SEED Secured Token Offering. Upon the opening of the offering window, investors will receive some marketing material presenting the project and showing its social/green credentials
The SEED STO Process of participation will be as follows:
1. Access the [login to view URL]
2. Read the materials on the website
3. Click on the “Get SEED” button
4. Accept our Terms of Use and the SEED purchase agreement
5. Follow the instructions
6. Enter the smart contract using ETH or Fiat contribution
7. Sign the SEED Private Placement Memorandum (“PPM”) and the supporting documents from EarthWake
8. Receive executed SEED PPM from EarthWake
