Project scope: combine apartment 5B and apartment 5C with interior renovation work in both apartments. - partial demolition of demising wall between apartments. - existing bathroom in 5C renovation work with converting from 1 vanity + tub to 2 vanity + shower. - interior partition layout change for new master bedroom in apartment 5C - installation of 5 thru wall or condenser units. providing dedicated electrical wiring - improve lighting in both apartments - millwork wherever necessary. - replace bathroom fixtures or tiles where necessary. All should look the same throughout the B & C apartment - finishes include painting, ceiling, window treatments - flooring polishing. The flooring is in very good condition and would like to retain. NB: present Kitchen cabinetry is of very good quality and would like to retain the same as far as possible Architecture fee field measurement and verification of existing conditions contract documents condo management company and building department filing work, asbestos and plan examination work and approvals.
