I am currently on the edge to start up a property Management solutions.

Caring for properties viz following needs...

Plumbing, Electrical, Interiors / Carpentry, Internal and external Civil work and Painting, Water Tank cleaning, Periodic Home cleaning maintenance, Rent fixing, buying and selling assistance for home buyers and sellers, NRI Property Management catering for full needs to take care of the property, Gardening and landscaping, Tile Laying (Pavement Blocks, Home / Bathroom tile work / Granite & Marble laying works), Grill Works etc...

All the above are the services provided, may add some more in future as business develops and through the web site or an app, the 3rd party or the customer should be able to choose the service required and upon selection, the job order to be generated and send to me.

Once I receive, I shall be able to select the right person for that particular job and then plan to arrange the necessary team for the requested customer.

Upon Job completion, payment to be made and also a feedback from the customer side for understanding more needs to serve better.
