Business Plan

I have started a very rough draft of a business plan and i need an expert in writing business plans to help me do something much more formal that i can in turn use to present to potential equity investors. I envision the scope of this engagement to include inital review of what i have, while incorporating new information either from our existing websites and or additional technical questions to me and or maybe some other folks in my organization. From there a complete rewrite may be in order. The business is an apartment development company that has already been in business for the past 10 years and has a good story to tell.
