Computer Game Programmer needed

I require programmers who are willing to create high quality computer games for the books sold at my website (fantasy, science fiction etc). The numeration would be 50% royalties for life. This would be a long-term, multi-project arrangement. I would prefer the games written in C++ or using garage games Torque engine. If possible I would like the games to run in Windows AND linux. We are new to this, so for this first job we will need to know the programmers requirements for scripting before it can be provided. And we will be wanting the programmer to work with the author in question to allow their views on their "world" to be in the game properly. The arrangement would be that my company owns the game, but would give full credit to the programmer, and pay royalties for the life of the game. We would sell from our website as well as any other sites online that we can sell from. I would like graphics similar in quality to Never Winter Nights.
