This is going to be tricky to explain but please PM me for more information if you need it. I need created a program that can be added on linux or windows, but mostly for windows that will change the look and feel of the windows. It will have a few different things included in the software. This programs main function in a way is going to the added feature of floating windows. What I mean by this is that when you open a folder or directory of if you open 'my computer' a window pops open. This window can move around your screen by taking a mouse and clicking on the window and moving it that way. This program will change the way that window moves. Instead of having to click on a window and dragging the mouse to the location you want, this program will allow to kind of take the window and click on it and in a way throw the window to one side of the screen and it sticks to that side. Also when you throw a window it floats to the one side of the screen. This is just a nifty little application add on to windows or linux that could save time for some people and will look pretty cool. If you cant program both languages, then I will accept just one for now. Thanks!
