Virtual Reality Multiuser chat Environment

Firstly, I'd like to say that this project requires that the client is developed in Lingo. So a strong understanding of Lingo is required to complete this project. The Server must be developed in C++. This project requires no graphics work on your behalf. I have already designed the rooms, avatars etc. This is going to be a similar style of game to Habbo Hotel ([login to view URL]). What I am looking for is somebody to allow my users to interact using the avatars I have created. They must have the ability to chat to others within the room they are located in at the time. They must be able to walk their characters around the room and also sit down on the furniture. We need to allow users to navigate around the game using a navigator I have designed, allowing them to switch between rooms. Another key element will be the ability to allow users to report other users that are breaking the rules in the game. This also means that we need to seperate users in to Usergroups. We need a Staff Usergroup, a Moderator Usergroup, a Members Usergroup & a Banned Usergroup. I need to easily be able to add/move users in to Usergroups. When users send their report the report must only be sent to Moderators/Staff. We have 4 rooms that need programming (in Lingo, with all the above included). Each room must have a "bot" in the room that will walk around a designated area, while saying 5 or 6 different phrases. When users chat their text must appear in a bubble (similar to Habbo). There must be a swear word filter which blocks bad language, certain words etc. Users must have the ability to choose their Avatars during the game and change it whenever they want. We must be able to expand and add to this many different features as we develop. The server must allow users to login and register (using a MySQL database). It is vital that we can disable/enable registration easily. We also need to be able to manually add users to the database. The developer must be willing to hand over all source code, to both the client and Server. Also, there may be future work with this project if you're interested.
