We have a program called Lytec Medical 2001
It is used for a clinic and maintains patient information.
We would like to be able to print 5 labels for a patient when they
come for an appointment. The patient data is in the database.
The program has a custom design element, but we can't seem to get it
to do what we want.
It seems like a Crystal Report or VB program could be made which will
pull the data out for the patient involved. Hoping someone might have an answer.

This is a simple procedure, you can use crystal reports or vb's own datareports designer. I will be happy to do this at this cost.
