New condition in Outlook Rules Wizard

I already have a little (it stays in one or two screens..) Outlook VB macro that recognizes the language of the received emails (Italian or English or French, etc..) using a word file for each recognized language. I need you to convert it to be a *condition* for the Outlook Rules Wizard (I mean this: [login to view URL]). I.e. I want to see a new condition "message is in [language]" that can be used alone or togheter with other conditions in the Outlook Rules Wizard. I require that it works in Outlook 2003 and 2007. Note: I'm not sure that a new condition in the Outlook Rules Wizard can be realized therefore I'll pay $5 who proves to me that it can be realized, before starting this project. ___ Payment via escrow, released after full source and final code are delivered.
